Note: He made his 2017 debut at Gulfstream Park in the Holy Bull Stakes (G2) where he finished second, and followed that up by winning the Fountain of Youth Stakes (G2). In his final prep for the Triple Crown, he was slow out of the gate but rallied to finish 3rd in the Florida Derby (G1) beaten 6 1/2 lengths. In the Kentucky Derby (G1) he went off at 10-1 and finished 7th beaten 13 1/4 lengths. In the Preakness Stakes (G1) he was sent off at 11-1, raced 7 lengths off the pace early then passed tired horses to check in 5th beaten 5 1/2 lengths. After a layoff he came back to win the Tangelo Stakes at Gulfstream followed by a second place finish in the Travers (G1).
