Notes: He raced twice last year in England before shipping to Dubai then he broke his maiden on December 31 at Meydan. In 2015 he has only raced at Meydan so far, winning an allowance, finishing 2nd in the UAE Two Thousand Guineas (G3), winning the Al Bastakiya Stakes, and the UAE Derby (G2). Never made much of an impact in the Kentucky Derby, finishing 8th. He skipped the Preakness to wait for the Belmont Stakes where he finished 4th.
He did not race again until February 2016 when he prepped at Meydan with a 5th in the Firebreak Stakes and a 4th in the Al Maktoum Challenge before finishing 2nd in the Dubai World Cup. He was off from March to July when he came back to the US and finished 3rd in the Suburban Handicap at Belmont Park then 2nd in the Woodward Stakes at Saratoga. He finished 4th in the Jockey Club Gold Cup (G1) at Belmont Park for his final start last year.
He made his 2017 debut finishing 2nd in the Curlin Handicap at Meydan then 4th in the Dubai World Cup (G1). He was off for 6 months, then he won the Awesome Again Stakes (G1) at Santa Anita to guarantee a spot in the Classic field.
